Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Medical Physics or equivalent.
• 2 years clinical experience in a Radiation Oncology setting.
• ABR or ABMP certification required or upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate QA testing, including patient-specific reviews and equipment calibration.
• Coordinate implementation and acceptance testing of new equipment/software; train staff as needed.
• Oversee treatment planning collaboration with physicians, dosimetrists, and colleagues.
• Develop and update policies to ensure safe and correct use of radiation.
• Provide training to clinical staff on procedures and regulatory requirements.
