This role oversees staff performance and participates in budgeting and goal attainment. The ideal candidate holds ARRT Radiation Therapy certification with 3+ years of experience in Radiation Therapy and an Associate’s degree.

• 3+ years Radiation Therapy experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Leadership in clinical settings and budget oversight

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility and provides leadership for daily operations.
• Serves as a resource for physicians, clinical staff and other disciplines.
• Facilitates staff management in a multifunctional environment and coordinates quality improvement activities.
• Monitors and manages resource utilization and performance evaluations.
• Prepares capital and annual budgets and participates in goal achievement.
