Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management.
• Current New Jersey license as a Radiation Therapy Technologist and ARRT certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements safety procedures, staff education, and radiation therapy education as required for staff.
• Ensures high quality standards are met for radiation services for inpatients, outpatients, and employees; maintains consistent care across locations.
• Manages department budgets and monitors financial metrics to align with organizational goals.
• Coordinates staffing across sites to ensure efficient utilization of radiation therapists and coverage as needed.
• Tracks, analyzes, and reports on relevant data and metrics; recommends process improvements.
• Represents the department in interdisciplinary committees and external partnerships.
