Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey is seeking a Radiation Therapist Level 1 to deliver prescribed radiation therapy and assess imaging under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist. You will work with ARIA EMR, CT simulation, and Epic, ensuring accurate charting and patient safety.

The role requires completion of an approved Radiation Therapy program and licensure; experience with Varian systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate from an approved Radiation Therapy program.
• Experience with ARIA, Epic, and CT Simulator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy and assess imaging per oncologist instructions.
• Proficient in ARIA EMR and document charting accurately.
• Prepare treatment room and equipment; educate patients on procedures.
• Perform QA and morning warm ups on Linac and CT Sim; record outputs.
• Support two-therapist chart checks and ensure treatment parameters are understood.
