Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops safety procedures and staff education for radiation therapy.
• Oversees high-quality standards for inpatient and outpatient radiation services.
• Ensures compliance with medical staff standards and regulatory agencies.
• Manages recruitment, development and supervision of team members.
• Monitors budgets and key financial indicators for assigned areas.
• Coordinates staffing across sites to optimize resource utilization.
• Tracks data and reports metrics for continuous program improvement.
