Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or Healthcare related field.
• Minimum seven years experience in healthcare management, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develops and establishes policies, procedures, and objectives. Ensures their adequate execution, compliance, and updates.
• Supervise, develop, and manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, timekeeping, and employee relations. Clinical work direction provided by physicians.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team activities with physicians, nurses, physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and support staff to optimize patient care delivery.
• Optimize workflows, staffing models, scheduling, and patient care delivery.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, and safety.
• Provides oversight of front office revenue cycle personnel and workflows to promote operational efficiency, accurate and timely revenue cycle processes, and optimal financial performance.
• Proactively monitors and manages departmental operating expenses to achieve established operating plans.
