Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience in radiation therapy with sound clinical skill.
• Management and supervisory experience preferred; demonstrated abilities and education programs attended considered.
• Baccalaureate Degree in Radiation Oncology or Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• ARRT(T) - Radiation Therapy.
• MALIC - Mass Radiography License.
• ARRT(RTR) - Registered Technologist Radiography.
• Demonstrate professional and mature judgment.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated customer service and physician relations.

Aufgaben

• Manage administrative, informational, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and operational functions of all patient care sections of the department.
• Supervise and day-to-day operate the Radiation Oncology area and support accreditation processes.
• Manage staffing concerns, collaborate on resource utilization, resolve performance management issues, and oversee clinical activities.
• Uphold customer service standards of Ownership, Appearance, Communication, Commitment to Coworkers, Privacy, waiting customers, Safety awareness and Comfort and Attitude among staff.
