Berkshire Health Systems in Pittsfield seeks a Radiation Oncology Manager to lead the clinical and administrative operations of the department, reporting to the Administrative Director and Radiation Oncology leadership. You will shape strategy, develop staff, optimize resources, and champion safety and quality.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, accreditation activities (ACR/ASTRO), staff development, and a culture of teamwork and compassionate patient care.

Formación

• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in radiation therapy.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensure and Certification: ARRT(T) – Registered Technologist in Radiation Therapy; MALIC – Massachusetts Radiologic License.
• Professional Competencies: Demonstrated professional maturity, sound judgment; excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build physician relationships; leadership abilities.

• Oversee day-to-day departmental activities to promote efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for department staff.
• Coordinate staffing needs and resources to support operations and patient care demands.
• Oversee quality assurance and promote safe, patient-centered care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with applicable requirements and standards.
• Lead accreditation activities with ACR and ASTRO.
• Strengthen relationships with physicians, staff, patients, and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and a culture of collaboration.
• Lead by example with professionalism and accountability.
