• Demonstrate clinical judgement with critical thinking to notice changes in patient condition.
• Complete accurate documentation in patient medical records.
• Collaborate to develop and support patient safety and quality care policies.
• Supervise and delegate to licensed practical nurses and/or unlicensed staff.
• Advocate for patients through teamwork with health professionals.
• Ensure required education and licensure are up to date.
• Float to other SIH nursing units within competency.
