Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license and active state registration.
• BLS certification with continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Assist with imaging studies and patient records.
• Document nursing assessments and patient intake forms.
• Educate patients about radiation treatments.
• Communicate findings and care plan with physicians and Rad Onc team.
• Follow up on ordered studies and discharge instructions.
• Complete disability/FMLA paperwork if needed.
