• Obtain insurance benefits and authorizations; document information in patient records system.
• Provide administrative support across documents, reporting and scheduling in EMR and billing systems.
• Schedule physician appointments, tests, procedures and surgeries; communicate with patients and payors.
• Enhance patient experience through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Assist with medical record coordination and ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
