Qualifications

• Must hold current ARNP or PA-C license in Washington state.
• Graduate degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• National certification as ARNP/PA-C and active DEA license.
• Experience with high-risk patients and clinical teaching.
• Experience in an interdisciplinary, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive radiation oncology subspecialty care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments; order and interpret labs; prescribe medications and adjust treatment plans.
• Manage acute medical issues during radiation treatment and guide survivorship care.
• Collaborate with subspecialists and coordinate referrals to resources.
• Document encounters and treatment decisions per UW standards.
