Qualifications

• Current valid Washington State ARNP or PA-C license.
• Graduate degree from accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Nationally certified ARNP/PA-C with active DEA license.
• Experience with high-risk patients and clinical teaching in interdisciplinary teams.
• Outpatient care experience with initial and ongoing assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive radiation oncology subspecialty care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct physical assessments, order tests, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Manage acute issues during radiation therapy and guide survivorship for late effects.
• Collaborate with subspecialists to ensure patient-centered cancer care and referrals.
• Document encounters and treatment decisions per UW standards.
