Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive radiation oncology subspecialty care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform intake, consult, on-therapy, and surveillance activities; coordinate survivorship care.
• Conduct physical assessments, order and interpret labs/radiology, and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with subspecialists and refer to community resources as needed.
• Document encounters and treatment decisions per UW policies.
