Responsibilities

• Answers telephone in a timely manner with professional etiquette.
• Greet patients and families and coordinate calls, pages, and messages.
• Assist with reporting and scheduling processes.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of paperwork and data entry.
• Participate in inventory and department supply distribution.
• Support hospital infection control standards and patient safety.
