Job summary

Minnesota Oncology is seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology leader to develop, direct, and oversee radiation and imaging activities across locations. You will guide clinical programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support ongoing accreditation efforts while managing budgets and staffing.

The role requires a strong background in radiation therapy, ARRT certification, and significant managerial experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
• 7+ years radiation experience with RTT or Dosimetrist and 5+ years managerial/administrative experience.
• ARRT certification required; state licensure preferred.
• Certfied Medical Dosimetry certificate preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees radiation and imaging personnel and technology.
• Ensures compliance with structure, mission, and accreditation program.
• Leads adoption of new radiation and imaging services and technologies.
• Analyzes service growth; considers manpower, facilities, and technology needs.
• Implements IT and processes to support radiation and imaging activities.
• Ensures communication flow between sites, governing body, hospital management, and practice.
• Manages department operating costs and timely ordering of supplies.
• Evaluates site performance and drives standard radiation therapy and imaging procedures.
