Job summary

Minnesota Oncology seeks an experienced Radiation Oncology Manager to lead radiation and imaging services across multiple locations. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive accreditation efforts, and manage budgets while guiding a skilled team.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Radiation Therapy, ARRT certification, and at least seven years of radiation experience with five years in leadership. Licensure is preferred and a Dosimetry certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy Technology from an accredited program.
• AR RTS certification required; state licensure preferred.
• Certified Medical Dosimetry certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the radiation and imaging personnel and technology across locations.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and reimbursement guidelines.
• Directs establishment of accreditation programs and long-range plans for radiation/imag­ing oncology.
• Manages department operating costs and supply procurement.
• Develops performance expectations and conducts staff evaluations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy Technology

ARRT certification

State licensure (preferred)

Certified Medical Dosimetry certificate (preferred)
