Job summary

Minnesota Oncology seeks an experienced radiation oncology leader to oversee radiation and imaging services across multiple locations. You will manage personnel, ensure compliance with budgets and policies, and drive accreditation efforts while improving service delivery for patients.

The role requires seven years of radiation experience, RTT/Dosimetrist background, and strong managerial skills. Travel within the service area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited radiation therapy program.
• ARRT certification required; state licensure preferred.
• Minimum seven years radiation experience with at least two years in RTT or Dosimetrist roles; five years managerial/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees radiation and imaging personnel and technology across locations.
• Ensures compliance with organizational structure, budgets, and initiatives for radiation and imaging oncology.
• Directs accreditation program and implementation of radiation therapy and imaging procedures.
