Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in a relevant field with 4+ years in radiation effects on electronics.
• Strong familiarity with radiation effects on electronics, circuits and systems.
• Experience with radiation environment modeling tools and methods.
• Ability to communicate results and plans to peers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Design Validation & Engineering Support for avionics and electrical systems.
• Lead design personnel through simulation and verification of radiation effects.
• Analyze radiation impacts on avionics and materials; incorporate data into designs.
• Generate radiation effects analysis documentation at part, circuit, and system levels.
• Develop reusable scripts, tools, and AI-assisted workflows for analyses.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing across the team and programs.
