Job summary

Teledyne FLIR Defense seeks a senior product leader to translate customer needs into market-ready radiation sensing products. You will drive market strategy, define product roadmaps, and guide cross-functional teams through development, testing, and launch processes.

You will collaborate with executives to prioritize R&D, lead thought leadership in the radiation community, and train the sales force to enable successful deployments worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development or marketing of radiation sensors.
• 3-5 years of experience in product launches.
• CBRNE or Nuclear Safety market experience required.
• Demonstrated experience in development, sales, or marketing of technical products.
• Ability to champion a product from development to launch.
• Strong leadership and vision-casting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define Radiation Markets: develop winning market strategies and expert market positioning.
• Define Radiation Products: gather requirements and define product roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Manage Phase Gate Process: track budgets, pricing, and essential tests for launches.
• Manage Radiation Products: train sales, support key customers, and manage lifecycle & obsolescence.
• Outreporting: prepare dashboards and present updates to leadership.
