Job summary

Hand & Stone, located at 5050 S Federal Blvd, Englewood, CO, is seeking a Licensed Esthetician. You will help clients look and feel their best using skincare treatments and customized plans. The role emphasizes service quality, education, and relationship building with repeat clients.

You will work with a team dedicated to innovation in skincare, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth while maintaining a welcoming spa environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
