Qualifications

• Active esthetics license in the relevant state
• Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests with top-level treatments
• Design and prescribe progressive skincare treatment plans
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create an exceptional experience for members/guests with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through member referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas
