Ideal candidates hold an active Esthetics license in Colorado, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to achieving spa sales goals while building lasting relationships with members and guests in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level esthetic services to members and guests.
