Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform top‑level esthetic services for members and guests.
• Design and prescribe progressive skincare treatment plans.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
• Achieve spa sales goals and promote memberships and referrals.
• Maintain professional and clean treatment rooms and common areas.
