Job summary

Chart, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a skilled operator with a strong background in manufacturing. You will work on a Radial Drill, read blueprints, set feeds and speeds, and ensure tooling is properly aligned while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include attending safety meetings, following company policies, and assisting in other departments as needed. Prior manufacturing experience and the ability to read technical drawings are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months prior manufacturing experience.
• Able to differentiate drill bits, reamers, spot facers, ring groovers and taps.
• Able to read blueprints and measure with micrometers, calipers and square.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in pre-shift and weekly safety meetings.
• Follow AXC policies, attendance, code of conduct and PPE/dress code.
• Consistently be punctual and follow directions.
• Read drawings and layout specifications to position and secure work.
• Set drill feed rate and speed; check tooling and alignment.
• Inspect work and read travelers and in-process checklists.
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine and operation problems.
