Job summary

Chart Industries in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a night shift machinist to read blueprints and precision instruments, set up and run drilling operations, and ensure quality per drawings. You will attend safety meetings, follow PPE rules, and maintain accurate job records in the ERP system.

A high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months manufacturing experience are preferred. Night hours with occasional Saturdays apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect with precision instruments.

Responsibilities

• Attend safety meetings and participate in pre-shift/weekly safety discussions.
• Comply with policies and procedures including attendance and PPE.
• Read drawings and follow instructions to position and secure work.
• Check tooling, set drill feed rate and speed according to drawings.
• Roll and close jobs in the system (Syteline).
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine and operation problems.
