MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking a radar systems analyst to join the Airborne Radar Systems and Techniques group. You will model and analyze performance, prototype sensors, and develop algorithms for detecting and tracking targets in complex environments.

The role involves data collections, experiments with airborne radar testbeds, and collaboration across DoD partners to transition work to platforms worldwide. PhD or MS with 5–10 years experience required.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field; or MS with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent technical communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or related language.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for field tests and meetings.
