Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory’s Advanced Sensor Systems and Test Beds Group (Group 33) seeks a technical staff member to contribute to HF radar research, adaptive signal processing, and radar systems engineering. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to design, build, and test radar applications for new capabilities.

The successful candidate will have a PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience or an MS with 7 years, plus experience in data analysis (MATLAB, Python) and strong communication

Qualifications

• PhD in electrical engineering, applied mathematics, physics, or related field with 3+ years of relevant HF radar/adaptive signal processing/radar systems engineering experience.
• MS with 7 years of relevant experience considered in lieu of PhD.
• Experience with data analysis tools (MATLAB, Python, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and test HF radar applications and associated signal processing techniques.
• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams to design, build and test radar systems for new applications.
• Communicate findings and coordinate with sponsors and research partners.
