Job summary

CHAOS Industries seeks a proactive Program Manager to lead our radar product line. You will align cross-functional teams, meet customer requirements, and drive on-time delivery within budget.

The TPM will report to the Acting Director of the Program Execution Office (PEO). You will own the program lifecycle, coordinate with BD, Production, and Engineering, and manage resources and stakeholder communications to ensure contractual objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• PMP certification required for role.
• On-site work 4–5 days per week at designated locations.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident; able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own full program lifecycle, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance goals are met.
• Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and BD for integrated execution.
• Serve as primary POC with the customer for contract, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Manage program budget and resource allocation to meet project requirements.
• Document scope changes and ensure alignment with contract goals.
