Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead delivery of the radar product line. You will align cross-functional teams, meet customer requirements, and ensure on-time delivery within budget. Reports to the Acting Director, PEO, and collaborates with BD, Production, Customer, and Engineering teams.

This onsite role requires 4–5 days in Los Angeles/El Segundo or DC, with up to 30% travel. A PMP and DoD/Gov experience are preferred, along with strong communication and staffing

Qualifications

B.S. in engineering, CS, business or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of program management experience.
PMP certification required.
On-site work 4–5 days/week in El Segundo CA or DC.
U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident; ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

Own full program lifecycle from planning to delivery.
Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, BD, and operations.
Serve as primary POC for customer contract performance & reports.
Manage budget and resource allocation; track progress.
Document scope changes and ensure alignment with goals.
