CHAOS Industries seeks a proactive Program Manager to lead its radar product line. You will align cross‑functional teams, meet customer requirements, and确保 on‑time delivery within budget.

The TPM reports to the Acting Director of the Program Execution Office and drives program success. Responsibilities include lifecycle ownership, cross‑functional collaboration, customer communications, and rigorous budget/resource management.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience on complex programs.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident with ability to obtain a clearance.
• Experience with DoD or government programs is preferred.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Own full program lifecycle including cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, BD, and operations.
• Serve as primary POC to customer COTR/Tech POC for contract matters.
• Lead program reviews with the customer on contract performance and milestones.
• Draft and finalize technical quarterly and final reports and related docs.
• Manage program budget and resource allocation; ensure staffing needs.
