Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with project engineering/ program management on highly complex products.
• Proven leadership capabilities in leading multifaceted global teams.
• Experience in indirect management and influence across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to release new products and ensure ROI.
• Coordinate with wafer fabrication, assembly & test sites to meet schedule, cost and quality.
• Plan projects end-to-end using MS Project and keep on budget.
• Provide clear direction to teams and external support like device fabrication.
• Drive team motivation to enable flawless execution of each product and project.
• Report weekly/monthly status updates to senior management.
• Interact with customers on status, milestones and deliveries.
• Perform product reliability and characterization to meet specs.
• Work with failure analysis to determine root causes.
• Maintain up-to-date project schedules with milestones.
• Develop and implement Qualification plans.
• Communicate status weekly to management.
• Coordinate material logistics and prioritization.
• Maintain Galileo system per new product development guidelines.
