Job summary

FIRST RF is seeking a dynamic Product Line Lead to drive vision, strategy, and execution for radar product portfolios. Based in Boulder, CO, this full-time role will own the lifecycle from concept through end-of-life and collaborate with market segment leads to shape strategy, roadmap, and program execution.

The PLL will lead cross-functional teams, support business development, and ensure technical excellence in RF design, prototyping, and field deployments. A 4-year degree and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Security Clearance required.
• Experience with RF devices and RF signal budgets.
• Strong communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.
• Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with customer needs.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and BD teams for timely execution.
• Support proposals and RFIs with a strong technical approach and market alignment.
