Job summary

Reliable Robotics Corporation is hiring a Radar Systems Engineer to analyze phased array radar systems and develop processing algorithms for real-time tracking and imaging. You will drive system requirements, perform trades with cross-functional teams, and support aircraft integration and flight testing.

The role entails implementing algorithms in Matlab, Python, and C++ on target hardware, with emphasis on real-time FPGA/DSP processing and certification-ready system design.

Qualifications

  • Electrical Engineering fundamentals, typically via a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering
  • 8+ years hands-on experience with radar algorithms, systems, processing, integration and test
  • Ability to use C++, Matlab and Python (Python preferred)
  • Ability to troubleshoot, find root cause and resolve issues
  • Pulsed and FMCW processing algorithm development
  • Experience in airborne radar testing and development

Responsibilities

  • Analyze phased array radar systems and develop radar processing algorithms for short and long range tracking and image generation
  • Drive system-level requirements and perform trade studies with cross-functional teams
  • Support radar integration on aircraft and data collection during flight testing
  • Own real-time processing of radar algorithms on FPGA and DSP platforms
