Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an experienced systems engineer to contribute to radar software development across the lifecycle, from requirements through verification on mission-critical defense programs.

The role requires hands-on experience in C++, MATLAB, and modeling, with strong communication skills and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Candidates must be US citizens and eligible for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, Systems Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3-5 years of systems engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and MATLAB.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance.

• Convert radar requirements into detailed software specifications.
• Develop models and run simulations to evaluate system performance.
• Support system design, test, and agile engineering processes.
