Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an experienced systems engineer to contribute to radar software development across the lifecycle, from requirements through verification on mission-critical defense programs.

The role requires hands-on experience in C++, MATLAB, and modeling, with strong communication skills and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Candidates must be US citizens and eligible for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, Systems Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3-5 years of systems engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and MATLAB.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Overview

This role supports advanced radar system development across the engineering lifecycle, from requirements through test and integration, on mission critical defense programs.

This position requires a technical background in systems or software engineering along with hands‑on experience in modeling and verification.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in C++ and MATLAB
• Scripting experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
