Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance (US Citizenship).
• Access to technology controlled by US export laws; US Person eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in the development of radar systems.
• Develop technology roadmaps and identify capability gaps.
• Engage with customers to shape and capture opportunities.
• Mentor staff and oversee IP protection and cross-divisional collaboration.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
