Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor, master, or PhD in engineering or related field with progressive engineering experience.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C++.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop highly innovative solutions to advanced technical problems.
• Assess state-of-the-art signal processing algorithms in radar, communications and EW.
• Develop sensing capabilities across RF, AI/ML, EO/IR, DSP, EW, etc.
• Create and assess novel communications solutions, including waveforms and networking.
• Model link budgets to define system requirements and performance.
• Implement space-time adaptive processing (STAP) techniques.
• Provide technical guidance to staff and assist in white papers and proposals.
• Support supplier evaluations and manage subcontracts when needed.
