Job summary

Raytheon, based in Plano, Texas, seeks a Reliability & Data Engineer to support radar systems lifecycle by analyzing performance data, identifying reliability trends, and guiding failure investigations. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams onsite in Plano.

Requirements include a STEM degree, 2+ years’ experience, Python/SQL/Tableau, and a DoD Top Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets using Excel and SQL.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance or transferable clearance required prior to start.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Experience with radar, electronic warfare, or related systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support FRACAS process for the program and define failure modes.
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams to identify non-conformances.
• Perform data analysis on large datasets and generate actionable reports.
• Analyze system logs to determine causes of downtime and reliability trends.
• Utilize databases for data input, reporting, and data management.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
