The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

In this role, you will contribute to the lifecycle readiness of mission‑critical radar technologies by analyzing system performance data, identifying reliability trends, supporting failure investigations, and developing data‑driven insights that strengthen product dependability. You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to ensure radar systems meet operational requirements throughout their lifecycle.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Plano, Texas.
