Job summary

Texas Instruments Radar team in Dallas is seeking a Program Management Engineer to lead cross-functional product development efforts, drive ROI, and ensure flawless execution. The role focuses on coordinating Design, Marketing, Systems/Applications, Validation, and Manufacturing to bring new 60/77GHz products to market.

You will plan, track, and communicate progress, work with fabrication and test sites, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality meet program targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team for releasing new products and ROI.
• Coordinate wafer fabrication, assembly and test sites to ensure schedule, cost and quality.
• Plan projects with MS Project from Assess Opportunity Phase to Release to Market.
• Provide direction to team and external support organizations.
• Deliver weekly/monthly status updates to senior management.
• Interact with customers on status, milestones, deliveries.
• Perform product reliability and characterization to meet specs.
• Collaborate with Failure Analysis to determine root causes.
• Maintain up-to-date project schedules with milestones.
• Develop Qualification plans.
• Communicate weekly on project status.
• Coordinate material logistics and shipment prioritization.
• Maintain Galileo system per new product development guidelines.
• Grow the number of new products and ROI.
