Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Project engineering/Product engineering or Test related field.
• Proven leadership capabilities in leading multifaceted organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross functional team on the execution of releasing new products and ensuring ROI; team includes Design, Marketing, Systems & Applications, Validation, Product & Test Eng., Manufacturing, Field, and Quality.
• Coordinate with wafer fabrication, assembly & test sites to guarantee schedule, cost and quality.
• Plan projects using MS Project from Assess Opportunity to Release to Market and ensure on-budget delivery.
• Provide clear direction to team and external support organizations like device fabrication and assembly sites.
• Drive and motivate all team members critical to flawless execution of each product and project.
• Host and drive meetings across team members from multiple functions, organizations and countries.
