Job summary

FIRST RF in Boulder seeks a dynamic Product Line Lead to drive the vision, execution, and technical alignment of radar product portfolios from concept through end-of-life. You will own strategy, roadmap, business case, and program execution for technologies supporting current and next-generation radar missions.

Responsibilities include shaping opportunities, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with customer needs and emerging threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in radar/ RF systems is preferred (if applicable).
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture & Proposal Support: shaping opportunities and leading technical proposals.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: coordinate across engineering, manufacturing and contracts.
• Product Lifecycle: lead teams through production transition and internal development.
• Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with customer needs and capabilities.
