Job summary

Texas Instruments’ High-Performance Radar (HPR) organization seeks an Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Manager to lead 3–5 early career engineers in delivering PLLs, ADCs, DACs, filters and LDOs for the mmWave radar front-end. You will steer architecture, optimize power, performance and die area, and oversee design implementation and verification for first-pass silicon.

Qualifications

  • Lead a team of 3–5 early career analog engineers.
  • Design IPs (PLLs, ADCs, DACs, filters, LDOs) for mmWave radar front-end.
  • Evaluate system requirements and balance power, performance and die area.
  • Oversee design implementation and verification for first-pass silicon.
  • Review post-silicon performance and drive debugging with R&D.
  • Define and execute IC design R&D roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver analog/mixed-signal IPs.
  • Guide architecture decisions balancing power, speed, area.
  • Coordinate verification to ensure silicon success.
  • Mentor junior designers and communicate with customers.
