Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Manager to lead a small team of engineers in the development of high‑performance mmWave radar front‑end IPs. The role involves architectural analysis, design implementation, and verification to ensure first‑pass silicon success for automotive and industrial radar applications.

The manager will guide system‑level requirements, balance power and die area, and coordinate with validation teams to review post‑silicon results.

Qualifications

• Experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small engineering team.
• Strong system-level requirement analysis and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–5 analog design engineers to deliver best-in-class IPs (PLLs, ADCs, DACs, filters, LDOs).
• Assess system-level requirements and optimize trade-offs between power, performance, and die area.
• Oversee design implementation and ensure thorough verification for first-pass silicon success.
• Review post-silicon performance reports and drive debug actions with R&D teams.
• Define and execute IC design R&D roadmaps and provide guidance on future product development.
