Job summary

RTX is seeking a Digital Execution Lead in Woburn, MA, onsite to drive the DT discipline for the UTMD Radar Capability program. You will ensure digital systems support engineering workflows and coordinate changes with minimal disruption while acting as the bridge between Engineering and DT.

You will lead digital initiatives, monitor health metrics, and push for long-term improvements, licensing renewals, and alignment with program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of relevant experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain an interim secret U.S. security clearance prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Program Manager or Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure DT systems and tools reliably support engineering workflows.
• Coordinate patches, updates, and system changes with minimal disruption across sites.
• Communicate outages and track digital incidents to improve stability.
• Serve as the primary interface between Engineering and DT, aligning priorities and tool needs.
• Prepare teams for DT-driven changes and drive long-term digital improvements.
• Derive and present status, trends, and digital health metrics to leadership.
• Spearhead escalation of DT-related issues to ensure rapid resolution.
• Align DT activities with program schedules and mission-critical milestones.
• Champion adoption of improved digital processes, tools, and standards.
• Spearhead efforts to renew licenses and ensure alignment of enterprise and program digital environments.
