Job summary
HCA Houston Healthcare offers an accelerated Radiology Technologist to CT Technologist Training Program in South Texas. The 10-week program is sponsored by HCA and includes online didactic instruction and clinical experiences at the host facility.
Current ARRT credential and Texas Radiology licensure are required for selection. Selected candidates participate in a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing support as they progress toward CT Technologist certification, with testing and materials
Qualifications
- Completion of a 24-month Radiologic Technology program at an AMA-approved school or an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology.
- Valid ARRT (R) certification.
- Clear/active Texas Medical Board.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete the 10-week training program with online didactic instruction and clinical experiences.
- Advance to a certified CT Tech through progressive hands-on training at the employed facility.
- Maintain ARRT credential and Texas Radiology license as part of program requirements.
