Job summary

Recruiting.com LLC is seeking a qualified technician to perform various functions in the Cath Lab or Special Procedures. The role requires a valid license in Radiologic Technology and ARRT registration.

Ideal candidates will exhibit independent judgment and experience operating various medical equipment. Responsibilities include working under the supervision of the Manager – Vascular Imaging, ensuring safety and efficiency in a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Radiologic Technology and must be registered in ARRT.
• Registry eligible or enrolled in an MRI or CT program.
• Able to operate x-ray and life support equipment, film processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform technician functions for the Cath Lab or Special Procedures under the direction of the Cardiologist and/or Radiologist.
• Exercise independent judgment, integrity, and initiative in performing duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education

• Experience
  • Registry eligible or enrolled in an MRI or CT program.
• Physical
  • Exposure to radiological hazards-occupational levels. Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range. Oral communication. Operates x-ray equipment, computer, life support, equipment, film processing equipment. Frequent exposure to unpleasant odors. Distinguish smells. Distinguish temperatures by touch and proximity. Lifting up to 100 lbs. Carrying up to 40 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 350 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.

JOB SUMMARY
