Job summary

St. Bernards Healthcare in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a Radiologic Technician to support Cath Lab and Special Procedures imaging under the supervision of the Cardiologist and Radiologist. This role requires independent judgment and initiative.

The candidate must be licensed in Radiologic Technology and registered in ARRT, with registry eligibility or enrollment in MRI or CT programs. This is a safety-sensitive hospital position demanding physical stamina and strong patient care focus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Radiologic Technology license and ARRT registration.
• Registry eligible or enrolled in MRI or CT program.
• Experience in Cath Lab or interventional imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform technician functions for Cath Lab or Special Procedures under supervision.
• Maintain safety and operate radiology equipment per protocol.

• Exposure to radiological hazards-occupational levels. Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range. Oral communication. Operates x-ray equipment, computer, life support, equipment, film processing equipment. Frequent exposure to unpleasant odors. Distinguish smells. Distinguish temperatures by touch and proximity. Lifting up to 100 lbs. Carrying up to 40 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 350 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
