Job summary

MercyOne Medical Group in New Hampton, Iowa, is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our team. This full-time position involves performing diagnostic imaging and contributing to high-quality patient care close to home.

You will work a day shift with a 36-hour work week, and participate in night and weekend call rotations. Candidates must complete AMA-approved training and hold the Iowa license or be eligible to obtain ARRT credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Iowa Permit to Practice.
• ARRT certification or eligibility to obtain required credentials within established department timeframes.
• Commitment to maintaining continuing education requirements and professional certifications.
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
• Completion of Mandatory Reporting: Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including general radiology exams, CT scans, mammography, and other designated imaging services.
• Support the efficient operation of the imaging department while ensuring exceptional patient care and quality outcomes.
• Provide compassionate care to patients across the lifespan, from teenagers to older adults.
• Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team committed to improving the health and well-being of our community.

Schedule
